EMERALD attended the Innovent Forum 2024 hosted by JOIST Center, Larissa, Greece, on February 9-10, 2024.
The Innovent Forum 2024 promoted and highlighted innovative technological solutions that benefit humanity, aiming to leverage them through networking and collaboration.
The purpose of the event was to bring together key players from various sectors, including Healthcare, Technology, Education, Environment and Energy, Smart Cities and Public Sector.
EMERALD were represented at the event by Prof. Elpiniki Papageorgiou, Principal Investigator, and Prof. Nikolaos Papandrianos, from Department of Energy Systems (UTH) as well as Dr. Serafeim Moustakidis, Senior Researcher and the two PhD students, Ms. Anna Feleki and Mr. Theodoros Tziolas.
Prof. Papageorgiou presented EMERALD project highlighting its innovative AI methodologies and technological solutions to Maximos Senetakis, Deputy Minister of Development and to Prof. Charalampos Billinis, Rector of University of Thessaly.
